Our industry partners recognise that access to workplace-ready talent is key to developing their businesses. Working with NextGen lets them help shape that talent. Together we ensure training fills the skills gaps that they have identified in new recruits.
NextGen works with more than 300 cutting-edge UK employers. We partner with experts and innovators, from companies big and small. Partner with us to influence qualifications, help grow your talent pipeline and take advantage of NextGen Continuing Professional Development (CPD) offers.
"Being part of NextGen's Employer Steering Group means we get to have a say in the development of courses and qualifications. This gives us the opportunity to help shape the digital workforce of tomorrow."
We also work in partnership with a growing roster of education providers up and down the UK, including further education colleges and universities. These training providers not only recognise the importance of industry-relevant learning, they are keen to work with us to deliver it. We work closely with awarding body AIM Awards to design qualifications and BIS to develop Apprenticeships.
We have partnered with the Princes Trust and the BFI to deliver vocational courses in games and VFX for young people. The programmes have been designed to inform those interested in careers in these sectors about the industries, as well as providing practical hands-on experience in the development of film and games. They are delivered by practising industry professionals.
