NextGen Skills Academy is thrilled to invite professionals in the Games, Animation, VFX, and Screen Industries to its inaugural Graduate Showcase in Northern Ireland, taking place at The Pixel Mill in Belfast on Friday 31st May.
This landmark event celebrates the graduation of Level 3 students from Belfast Met College, Northern Regional College, and Southern Regional College, the first cohorts to be supported by NextGen's games, animation, and VFX industry engagement and projects.
For nearly a decade, NextGen Skills Academy has been at the forefront of pioneering industry-led education in England. Now, with the successful expansion into Northern Ireland supported by Northern Ireland Screen, the showcase will feature a wide array of projects, including playable games, VFX sequences, animated short films, and portfolios, reflecting the hard work and creativity of the students.
This event is an opportunity for professionals in the creative industries to engage with emerging talent, share their experience, and network with peers. Attendees will not only gain insight into the innovative projects developed, but also have the chance to showcase the vibrancy and potential of the local industry to the students.
