If you possess some prior experience, software skills, and a solid understanding of animation, this programme is tailor-made for you. Our comprehensive two-month training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and connections you need to thrive in the dynamic animation industry.
This second programme is focusing on 3D Animation created using Blender and is supported by the multi-award winning Blue Zoo Animation Studio! To aid accessibility the programme is delivered as a hybrid of remote sessions and in-person workshops. These will be scheduled in lunchtimes and the evenings so can be fitted around other commitments if needed. The time commitment is roughly 10 hours per week, this includes 2-4 hours of guided learning, with the rest of the time learning independently and working on the employer brief.
This programme is offered in collaboration with the NextGen Creative Skills Hub and The Creative Academy Hub at Capital City College Group.

Throughout the programme, you will receive dedicated support from a specialised tutor who will guide you every step of the way, along with feedback and guidance from Blue Zoo artists. Working on the brief from Blue Zoo, you will sharpen your animation skills and construct an impressive portfolio piece that showcases your talents.
To celebrate your journey, we will host a special celebration and networking event. This occasion offers you the opportunity to showcase your work and connect with professionals in the animation industry.
